Exercise Bands

I use them. In fact, twice this week.
They're absolutly the best to start
exercising with. I found them very
effective in developing fast-twitch
muscle. And they get me out of my
comfort-zone.
Also, exercise bands are easy, light,
and simple to travel with. I brought
them with me to the Park, tied them
around my waist, put the handels in
my pocket, and ran a couple of miles.
Absolutely Terrific!
